Good Guys Diamond Board is a slide out subfloor built to commercial standards with quality materials. We start with cabinet grade sheeting sanded smooth with minimal blemishes and layer it in a cross grain pattern, laminating it with industrial strength waterproof adhesive. Next, it is sealed in a vacuum chamber for 24 hours at a pressure equal to 1 atmosphere. This removes moisture and pulls the adhesive into the pores of the wood. Then, We cut a 65º bevel the full length of the board matching the needed angle for standard slide out subfloor replacement material. Finally, We coat the entire board in a moister resistant sealer for shipping and storage purposes.
